Terms and Conditions

1. About this agreement

These terms govern the relationship between you ("the player") and Tower Gaming N.V. ("the operator", "we", "us") – a company registered in Curacao, holding master licence 365/JAZ. By registering, depositing or playing at crazytower.app you accept the terms in full.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, of legal gambling age in your country of residence, and not registered from a restricted jurisdiction. Restricted countries include the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, France, Netherlands, Australia and Curacao. We may add jurisdictions to the restricted list at any time.

3. Account and KYC

One account per player, household, IP or shared device. You agree to provide accurate registration data and to update it if it changes. Verification (KYC) is required before the first withdrawal – we may also request KYC at any time during the lifetime of the account.

4. Deposits and withdrawals

Minimum deposit is €10 on cards/PayID, €20 on bank transfer, and currency-equivalent in crypto. Withdrawals can only be returned to the same method used to deposit, with crypto-to-crypto exceptions allowed at our discretion. Daily withdrawal processing caps at €7,500 by default; VIP floors lift the cap.

5. Bonus rules

• Welcome Climb bonus: 100% up to €500 + 200 free spins, min deposit €20.
• Crypto Climb bonus: 200% up to 3,000 USDT, min deposit 25 USDT or equivalent.
• Wagering: 35x deposit + bonus on the welcome match. Free spin winnings clear at 40x.
• Max bet while bonus active: €5 (or currency equivalent).
• Restricted slots: see in-cashier list. Live and table games count 10% toward rollover.
• Bonuses expire 30 days after activation. Unmet rollover voids the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• One welcome bonus per account. Bonus abuse (matching opposing bets, structured low-risk play, multi-account) voids all winnings.

6. Inactive accounts

Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months trigger a monthly €5 inactivity fee deducted from any remaining balance. Inactivity fees stop when the balance hits zero. Email reminders are sent before the first deduction.

7. Errors

If a game payout, balance or bonus is credited in error, we reserve the right to reverse the transaction. We will notify you in writing and explain how the error occurred.

8. Disputes

Raise any complaint with support@crazytower.app first. If unresolved within 14 days, you can escalate to the Curacao licence holder via the form linked in the website footer. We will not retaliate against accounts for raising a complaint.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes are emailed to all registered players at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the site after the effective date means accepting the updated terms.
